I’d be in that bookstore EVERYDAY even though I’m not buying anything I’d go there EVERYDAY and just walk around stare at the books may be touch and skim through some. And the staff working there would be creeped out with me haha 😂

I read the comments, wracked my brain, and looked it up online, to make sure I wasn’t hallucinating. The moment the outside of the store was shown I thought “this is at the mall” and I was so excited! The store is forty-five minutes away from my house and driving up to there is quite difficult. You have a dream job!

Moved to Canada for a research project, I'm from the Netherlands, the first time I went to Chapters it took me a lot of effort to go outside again. The store is so nice and ordered and there wasn't a book that I couldn't find. I just love it! Still figuring out how to take all the books that I bought back home...

What a well-lit, clean, stocked store! Seriously, I walk into my local chain bookstores here in Pennsylvania and the tables may have 4 or 5 copies of the new releases, but the shelved books have 1 or 2 copies of a book. And most of the time the books have cracked binding, wear around the edges etc. I order most of my books from Amazon anymore just so I know I'll be getting a new product.

I just finished Goodbye Days !! It was really good, I think it was kinda of sad and awkward at some times, but I really loved it !! Can't wait to hear your news about it !! I’d love to see more from Chapters! In Waterstones in the UK, they don’t sell any of the lifestyle stuff, such as the cushions or mugs, it’s just purely the books (most of which are paperback)! The only better thing about Waterstones to Chapters and B&N is the name, I think!

Love this! I’m from the UK, but managed to get to chapters Indigo in Calgary whilst visiting my Auntie and I have to say. It’s my favourite shop in the world!!! Love it. We don’t have anything like it here. Save to say I had to go at least 4 times whilst I was there (I was only there a week) ha. Thanks for all the amazing videos you post!!

My favourite type of day is going down the high street near where I live, watching a movie at the cinema and then walking down to Waterstones and browsing and buying one books. It’s just a day full of stories!

I'm from Germany and what is interresting is that there is music in your bookstores. In Germany there is no music in any bookstore (in normal stores there is music) and I think that this is better, because in my opinion music disturbe you. I personally also don't hear music when I'm reading. What are your opinions about music in bookstores or music while reading?

Oh my god that teen section! So huge! Where I live there's maybe only 2 shelves in each bookstore that have teen books, and it's so sad. I also love how you legit have baskets for your book store... I didn't even know that was a thing.
