I recommend twinkle lights to make the room feel more cozy/homey, plug in wallflowers from bath and body works are an essential for me, I always get compliments on how my room smells and it’s a good alternative if you love candles, and lastly under the bed storage is essential when you’re living in a tiny space!

I don't love memory foam, I had it one year and the next I had a regular mattress topper from Amazon, and love it. I think it just depends on someone's taste. Claudia Henry, I would recommend checking out Amazon, Walmart, and Target first! You're bound to find a good option! I like Amazon because you can read the reviews.

honestly mine was expensive, but it's 3 inches and SO nice! I think I got it for like $80 at costco as I slept so so well on it!

I recommend getting organization drawers/boxes to keep all of your things tidy but also be mindful of what you bring bc you don’t wanna end up with tooooo many things 😩

ooh please do a haul video!!! i loved this vlog! my number one thing for college is either a mattress topper or a lap desk for my laptop. my lap desk has (i can't think of the right word right now) lines at the top that are higher above the surface of the rest of the lap desk so my computer won't overheat. it has a compartment on the inside where i can store stuff too! super useful!

I just went home shopping. I found a cute simple laundry hamper from Ross for $10. My apartment essentials are an Ikea pitcher for cooking utensils and a mason jar for silverware. A basket for tupperware lids are essential, and a utensil tray to organize baking utensils/small kitchen stuff.
