Thank you again, Lauren. Just what I needed today. ❤️ I have new job for 2 months now and as you can imagine it has been a struggle since day one but! I have been pushing myself everyday, especially on the days when I feel this need to hide and not to cross my "safe" zone boundaries....And I'm trying to always do the opposite of what my anxious mind tells me to do. I always question my automatic responses to everyday situations such as....which way I'm gonna go, where I'm gonna sit in a bus....and so on. Thank you for your super helpful content, I wish you a lot of better days and a lot of strenght to get through tough ones. Congratulations for new addition to your family. 🙂❤️

I have missed your car vlogs! I've been struggling again a bit, so it's always comforting to see another who is also attempting to accept the ebb and flow of her anxiety :-) I pushed myself a little further today and stood through an insanely long line at a store to buy a single candle, and I chuckled to myself thinking that if I could create my own personal hell, it would look exactly like that. Well, it's actually a toss up between that, or a packed drive through LOL. It helps a lot to laugh at our silly primal brains!! Always love to check in with you Lauren!

WoW this happens to me almost everyday .... and I have noticed that when I actually inform my Boss I feel sick and I am going to stay home then I instantly feel better.. And guilty... Anxiety IS a Big part of this crappy feeling... I recently try to notice every single time a bad though come to my mind (like OMG I feel nauseous today or my belly hurts What If I have diarrea in the Office today and I end Up being ashamed in front of all my coworkers or I feel dizzy or I got a headache and What If I have vertigos or a panic attack and again ...this idea of the worst case scenario and being ridiculous in front of people...) Every time I think about that (every 3 second... Haha ;) ) I try to aknowledge I have this tought and this thought creates a feeling of fear but It IS not a REAL danger. It IS Just a part of me trying to keep me safe and freeking out for any little symptom It can find out! And I try not no trust It! Just letting It come and go as if I was a Stranger looking at a movie of myself having this struggle in my mind and my body . And for me It works :) then usually at the end of the day I realize It wasn't a bad day and I wasn't that bad.... Or at least If I felt bad during a moment then I felt better and It didn't last :) I want to send a lot of LOVE and HOPE to you all in the same situation! We are not alone! And we Will make that day work!!! Because we deserve to feel awesome!! :)

Thank you for sharing these types of videos, they give me courage to not allow anxiety to stop me from living life! I have a 3 hour road trip to Disney coming up for my birthday next month and I feel that anticipatory anxiety coming up. Do you have any tips or suggestions that can help me lessen that anxiety? Thank you 😊
@LaurenRose.

Happy Birthday!!! Going to Disney - how exciting, that will be an absolute blast 🎈 I don't have any tips to lessen the anxiety - rather, I would gently suggest acknowledging the 'bigness' of it all, and knowing that your body and brain is doing exactly what it feels is the most important thing to do: care for your survival. Let the anxiety come along, with you. I always find that when I invite my anxious self along for the ride (as deeply uncomfortable as it sometimes is) that those sensations bubble away for a little while and then eventually just simmer off into the background of my experience. Most of all, know that you are so very deserving of a beautiful birthday celebration and that includes the entirety of you - anxiety and all. Have the best time, let me know how you get on!

@@LaurenRose. it went great! I had a huge anxiety attack the night before because all I could think about was all the "what if" scenarios, but I made up my mind that I wasn't going to let any irrational fears stop me. I was even able to wait in line for almost 2 hours for a couple of rides (anxiety and all) which is a big deal for me because I wouldn't have been able to do that a few months ago!
