In my honest point of view ..your the prime example of a dedicated employee doing the job with love and care, I would say 90 percent of machine operators are not doing thesame of what youve been doing, taking walk around inspection making sure everything in good and operable condition before starting the machine.I am proud of you my friend..much love from CATthatwork. Wish you the best
@@norwegianearthmovers I been in this for almost 13 years straight and i see operators too eager to earn more but put to little to contribute good results..machine operating with air filters remove, low oil levels and more..they need one thing and that is to learn and love the job that put food on there tables
Unfortunately, because our country is under sanctions, American and European machines have not been imported to our country for several years. We currently use Komatsu and Chinese brands
That is correct! 😋 Those we take contracts for, demands certain safety features, so this is one of them! We have had some issues with alcohol meters and antibac the last year..😅 From now on, every employee will get a special phone with all personal expertise filed up. Systems to read the phone are already in some machines, and will come in all equipment rapidly! Then one must blow, and then hold the phone towards a scanner in the machine, so the machine will know that it starts for the right operator with the right training😋 Safety first!!🤙
@@norwegianearthmovers The system reads your phone? As in your personal phone ? Or the m phone stays in machine and is used for logging/sending results/proof that test was taken and results sent to HQ??
Hehe, I think those horns were built on to push rocks away and for lifting blasting mats originally!😅 So,the spikes are used for what they are worth, since they already are on the bucket!🤪 The electric controls are just wonderful to handle!🤩 I have used electronic levers in several years now! First in a 352 F XE, then the 390 and 374!😋 Much better response and accuracy than the old pilot hydraulic system!👌
@@norwegianearthmovers Sounds good! We've been looking into replacing my 336D with a 340 NG, but as we dont have jobs for it all the time we're probably getting a 330NG instead.. If my boss wasn't so damn lazy though we would've had it for like a year now ;)
