I am not sure how people with take it . 😊 As a Bengali , I know it is very difficult to have a compromise with our taste buds ! As we enjoy our foods the most and all Bengali foods mentioned by Mamata ji are Bengali delicacies!😊 Even my ayruveduic doctors, who are very specific on food & diet , hesitated to suggest me some specific food , & suggested some medicines instead to improve my digestion. But definitely, vegetarian food has its merits ! They are easy to digest & give you more satwik qualities ! Specially, in some seasons like summer when our digestion gets weak , vegetarian food is better for your health!😊🙏 Whereas in cold places , specially where vegetables are not at all available, vegetarian foods may not be an option !😊 Others food gives you more Rajasik & Tamasik qualities. But to experience the same you need to try pure Vegetarian food atleast for a month , only then you can feel the difference! Otherwise, in my humble opinion, just discussing which food is good or bad is pointless!😊🙏
