I’m so grateful for your workouts! I am going through menopause and I am struggling with weight gain and joint pain. These have made me feel happy while working out again and as though I’m doing great things for my body! ❤
Hi Stephanie! I just turned 50 myself and have very similar concerns. I find the pool is a great way to keep off that unwanted weight and it really does help with the joints. It is a way to keep moving towards your goals without all the extra stress on the body (as in with land exercises). Wishing you success and motivation to keep going!

Boom! You are my go-to for water aerobics! Suggestion: can you at time remaining on the screen? When I use an iPad or mirror to a TV, I lose the time bar at the bottom. Not gonna lie… knowing I’m at the halfway mark encourages me to finish strong! You’re a great coach!

Absolutely! All my workouts are beginner friendly/senior able. I am a senior fitness specialist and love giving variety on my movements. I give options so everyone can join in. Hope you check out more of my workouts.
No kidding! Our group begins tomorrow morning. We probably will use the 1st video I saw today which provides more independent instructions, and then switch to this one. Her videos takes the pressure off me as the "instructor"! 😅
