Stacy, we have a regular group of four that use your Aqua fitness videos three to five days a week. We really appreciate all of the hard work you put into these videos. I, personally, have been able to see so much muscle tone in my arms and legs since we started a couple of months ago. We're sorry to see summer end because we are in an outdoor pool but I will be using some of your other videos indoors. We had someone take a picture of our group to add to this comment but I see no way to add a photo. Thanks again for getting us fit!! Donna, Tammy, Tara and Ben
So happy to have you join me for my workouts! Congratulations on the progress you are seeing, you must be feeling so good!!! I'd love to see the photo. Please feel free to join my group on facebook: facebook.com/groups/aquafitnesswithstacy and share it there or you can email it to me thru my webpage www.fiitwithstacy.com. THANKS so much for your comments.
Thank you so much for this content. My deep water class closed for the Summer so this has helped me keep up with my fitness regimen without missing a beat, really grateful for your work.
I also love your videos Stacy! ;) I'm starting to teach Aquacize and I've been learning a lot of your moves and following your videos. Thanks again and keep posting ! Starr Kingston
Thank you, Starr! Good luck with the teaching....it is fun once you get the hang of it. More videos coming to my channel and also to my videos on demand www.vimeo.com/ondemand/AquaFIIT
Finally, workouts I enjoy and look forward to. I have been doing your workouts all summer! I love them! Thank you so much for providing great workouts for someone who has joint issues. Please keep them coming. Amazing!
Hi Connie. Thanks for asking. That is definitely personal preference but I do recommend them highly. I find it is much more gentler on your feet and also reduces impact somewhat. A rough pool bottom will certainly chafe your feet. They have specially made shoes for the pool that aren't as heavy when they get wet, plus they dry quicker. If you are looking for a pair, I have two links that you can check out (any purchases help to support my videos with no cost to you.) 👙 Shop SwimOutlet: www.swimoutlet.com/collections/FIITWithStacy 👟 Shop for Aqua Water Shoes: bit.ly/YTBPaddleshoes
I happened to still be in the pool when the new posting came and I just had to try it! Great workout! The different exercises are so good! I like how you keep it varied and at the fast pace! Thank you 😊🌞❤️🌹
Hi Delfina! Thanks for your comment and question. If you don't have buoys, you have a few options. First of all, you can do this workout without equipment and still get good workout. Try placing your hand in a "cupped" fashion when you move. You can also be creative with things around the home. If you have a plastic water bottle, you can empty it, put the cap back on and then use it for some added resistance. The air inside the bottle will add a bit of challenge to the workout. Also, if you can find a pool noodle at your local dollar store, cut it in half or quarter sized and then use the pieces of noodle in place of the buoys. You can even use a land based dumbbell in the pool (I suggest using a neoprene covered one so that it doesn't rust and go a little lighter with the weight factor). These are some suggestions to get you started but know that you can be creative and I'd love to hear if you come up with anything else in particular.
