Oh Janey I don’t even know where to start. Getting to meet you and spend the day with you talking about our shared love of gardening was such a joy. I’m so honored that you would want to share my garden with your followers and count myself blessed to call you friend. It has been so much fun to share this video with my family and friends. Janey’s channel is so unique and the content is very rich. It is fabulous how she brings together different gardeners so that we can learn and broaden our knowledge of various approaches to landscape design and of course plants, no matter what the gardening zone. Furthermore the principles can be applied from small spaces to large spaces. 🥰🌸🇨🇦

Debb is such a sweet soul. I adore the stories of the different plants and trees that memorialize her loved ones. Debb is just precious and giving credit where credit is due as a blessing from God. I think this is my favorite tour so far - and that is saying a lot based on other tours.

Victory Gardens on PBS! 😂 Every Saturday my dad would finish the yard work early, take a shower and then sit down to watch This Old House, The New Yankee Workshop and Victory Gardens. It was like clockwork. I watched with him all the way through to the last segment in VG when the lady would cook whatever the team pulled from the garden that week. I had no interest in cooking as a teen. Man, I wish I had payed attention because it would’ve come in handy now. LOL

I have been anxiously awaiting this visit to Debb’s garden!!! When I saw you were in San Diego Janey I knew you had to be visiting this spectacular place. Debb is such a sweet person and an amazing caregiver and cultivator plus an incredible photographer. Her Instagram page is always in bloom with so much dimension in the details of her magnificent creation. It’s a blessing that you made this tour of her backyard. 2021???? My eyes popped out of my head! Deb, you are wonder woman in the garden! Thank you Janey for these Sunday garden tours....every garden is wonderful and every gardener who created them is incredible in their enthusiasm and devotion to caring for their plants, shrubs and trees. We're all learning so much and having our eyes opened to the potential of every square foot of soil we oversee. This was mind blowing in the size and variety of plants as well as the fact that so much of it was grown from seeds.

I loved the story she shared about the Amarilla plant and her in laws.. so special!!!! I find it super fascinating how we associate different human emotions with plants and flowers. I often hear people saying…” I love “insert favorite plant” because my grandmother used to have them in her garden”

So many beautiful plants, Debbie has done a phenomenal job, especially since so many are from seed! I adore foxglove and struggle with them last year I planted at least20 plants and lots of seed and I only had 5 that actually came and flowered this year. This was such a great video Janey! ❤️
