It’s actually a really nice house I don’t have any complaints by surprise. The kitchen island, counter space, and cabinetry caught my attention. The masters own suit tub is pleasantly large, I heard you say you’re 6’1 and you had lots of room in it. I love the yardage and the fact you said additional construction such as a pool house or guest house can be built back there is a major plus. America is gonna have to learn Steve Harvey isn’t the only guy who can Rick a suit you’re a whole problem for him keep the vids coming who knows you may be my real-estate agent one of these day’s so make me proud lol..

Beautiful home but it’s so overpriced. I know what the market is doing but it’s killing us regular Texas people. I’ll be glad when things change for the average person.
Hello my friend thank you for watching. Comps in the area determine the price. This home is not over priced. This market is changing and its changing fast. People are relocating here in record numbers because they see the value in the home and land here. If you want an above average lifestyle then you cant think as an average person.
