Nice home for entertaining any type of guests, people would really be impressed (Caron Wheeler is one of my fav Soul singers and doesn't get a lot of fame in this country or elsewhere, that she deserves because of colorist views)
Hey Brother Dan, amazing home! It cost $1,875,000. If I were afford to buy this home, I would love to throw parties there and have so much fun! Thanks a lot!😊

I like youz Dan, but for the price of this home i need real wood floors AND i need for the primary to be 20x20 with a separate sitting area, fireplace, and a jetted tub. Again, I need to see real wood floors. This home feels crowded which is interesting because the bedrooms are all average sizes at best (11x11), you have this big game room and media room and loft, but the living room and kitchen is small. Also, I dont mind peel n stick but it the peel n stivk and vinyl flooring everywhere is a turn off. Keep up the good work, but Grand Homes is a let down.
I'm noticing a kitchen trend in expensive homes. The higher the price, the smaller the kitchen (in linear feet). Sure the ceilings are higher and the materials are upgraded, but the linear footage is smaller than homes from the 1990 - 2010.
@Agentxile thank you for the feedback my friend. I guess it just depends on the floor plan. This particular builder has other models with huge kitchens. Thank you so much for watching.
Hey Brother Dan, very good house! It is very good for $1,300,000 for about 4,100 square foot house! If I would to move there, I would have a lot of fun! Thanks a lot!😊
