Unique is a huge thrift shop in NJ, it has around 14 locations (including nyc) My mom used to work there. They would take the clothing out of trash bags (mixed with paper and other garage) if it smell decent enough they would hang it and put to displace. It wouldn't get wash or anything. They had to wear gloves in case an insect from the bags bite them. One worker brought bedbugs home through her clothing in the past. I still enjoy thrifting, now I'm just more careful. I wouldn't try clothing in store (without washing them) and I would leave my clothing outside in a plastic bag for a day (cold/hot weather) to have anything living inside die. Be safe people.

i was feeling very down tonight - and this video snapped me right out of it. i loveee the pattern on the oversized buttonup! i recently snagged three of these sorts of tops from my grandma's closet (lol) and have been wearing them ALL the time. wish i could pull off frames like you, seriously every single pair of glasses suit you so well. love you so much!!

Hey Diana! Just wondering, do you believe that the clothes of a person carry some parts of their owner?I'm very pro thrifting and believe that fast fashion is very damaging but sometimes I get reluctant to buying items that used to belong to someone else. It might sound superstitious but I believe that even things carry the "vibes" of their previous owner. Not saying that the cute top I saw at the thrift shop might be possessed lol but more in the sense that its owner might have passed down some not so pleasant feelings to it. Anyways, loved the video you always find such good pieces xx

omg i love sweet moment! You had the mango cheesecake bingsoo? its such a refreshing dessert in the summer. I think that gudetama bag was from ipsy and prob someone didnt know the character maybe thats why it was there? i cant want to see more thrift videos! Have you been to urban jungle? YO THIS IS UNIQUE IN DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN RIGHT? ITS ONE OF MY FAVORITE THRIFT STORES IM THERE ALL THE TIME. I SAW IT IN THE THUMBNAIL AND I HAD TO MALW SURE. I LOVE THIS STORE SO MUCH. They really increased the prices tho Ive been coming here for years (since I was like 9) and things used to be waaay cheaper.
