im 14 and im 5'6/5'7 im really good at other sports and pick up on sports quite quick any other tips for first timers? im going to start in august but i feel like since im 14 im kinda late. Also, i have long legs and arms what position woud be best for me?

Do you have any advice for me because I have a teammate that really doesn’t like me on my team and I try to be super nice to her but she’s still rude to me and always tells me what to do and thinks that she can get in front of everyone and tell them what to do. I want to be nice to her but I want it to stop😢
