Hey I just have a quick question do they teach you the very very very very basics in culinary school like cutting, boiling, grilling etc or do they start teaching you how to cook dishes str8 away?

When I started culinary school 3 years ago, they started by teaching us the absolute very basics when it came to techniques, and as soon as we learnt those they would teach us how to cook certain dishes that involved those certain techniques.

honestly time management - it’s quite hard but now that assignments are done for the first semester it’s much easier :) (oh and some sleepless nights lmao)
