I did an extremely fun tour through Perú. I entered from Desaguadero, saw lago Titicaca then went to Puno-Juliaca-Arequipa-Lima-Mancora-Tumbes and went into Ecuador. I really think you missed out on one of the most beautiful sights ever. You should’ve travelled from Lima to Cusco by bus, that way you would’ve seen the desert meet the ocean. Truly breathtaking

That’s quite the altitude there in Cusco! It’s similar in altitude to a lot of the Colorado ski towns- even a little higher than that. Drink a lot of water! It’s really pretty, too. Can’t wait to see what activities you guys do. The AirBnB lodging is great. I’m glad that’s working out! Have fun! 👍🏼✌🏼🌈

It must be difficult to fully enjoy a place while under pressure to get good footage and make a video every week. Especially when you hardly know where to start. I think your videos are great, the formula is fantastic, but I often wonder what that pressure must feel like, how it affects your experience.

Great video Nick!!! I’ve noticed that many people have already said it but damn you editing skills are going up!!!! Enjoy Cusco and the amazing country of Peru!!! I’d definitely recommend taking a river boat from Pucalpa up to Iquitos! When we went it was delayed by 48 hours and was by far one of the most authentic local journeys of my life!! 😂😂💪🏻 But you probably have your plans set already 🤪 anyway great vid!

Went to cusco 3 years ago, one of the things i totally regret doing was forgetting to climitise for 1 day. What made it worse was that i had a tour around the city already booked soon after the flight, i was hungry and never had the chance to eat much. 4 hours later, went back to the hotel, i could barely make it to the 3rd floor in which my room was located at. I almost fainted from exhaustion and hunger... 2nd day i was better and the altitude didn't bother me.

Beautiful editing Nick and what stunning country side, but Peruvian food is not Mexican food but very similar, when you go to Mexico you will see the slight difference in preparation from region to region. I was impressed at how beautiful and clean it is. Great work as always Nick you've become a pro at this.

I really enjoyed the country. Didn’t get to spend enough time in Cusco tho . I soo miss the food! If I get to go back I’d like to spend more time in Ica also. Macu picu was the best for me as I love the mountains. Was there in February during the rainy season, so I got to see the Inca water works in action. Didn’t have the permits or time to climb the mountains. Overall a great exploratory trip seeing most of the country and La Paz in Bolivia. Peru is much better in my opinion

Just got back from Peru after an breathtaking tour of Lima, Cusco, Machu Picchu, Paracas and Nazca lines. What you don’t show is the horrendous traffic gridlocks, piles of garbage with packs of dogs scavenging through it and incomplete building structures, supposedly to avoid property taxes. Found Cusco to be a bit of a dump and is really only a stopping place to acclimatize before the trip to Machu Picchu. Would I go back.? Most definitely, despite the poverty the people are amazingly warm and friendly and the remnants of the Inca people and their history is astounding. Don’t drink the water!

There’s a tent campsite at the base of macu picu. I saw lots of backpackers along the roads in the sacred valley area also. Very interesting country. Earth has 113 different climate zones and 108 are in Peru

Of all places I got altitude sickness only the first time in SA in 2015....at Copacabana, Bolivia....Lake Titicaca....over 4200 meters up.... Oh....and been in Europe 2 years...but heading back to Arica Chile in April....so I'll be back on Perus southern border again.....!

A friend of mine was adopted from Peru to Austria as a baby but hasn't managed to travel there yet. However, she will most probably go there in 2019 to look for her biological family. I'll make sure to send her this before she goes! 😊👍
