Question...you were saying in the video "i wasn't doing anything..." or "someone was doing this, or that..." "so i did this instead.." my question is, do you have the free will to do whatever dessert you want or think of? Like for example that macaroons or that banana bread? Or those are still desserts that are on the "list" of desserts that should be made for a specific day? thanks for sharing your day! very nice!
Hey! Yes, apart from the preparation list we are given, we can choose to make the desserts that are still needed but not a priority whenever we have free time, these desserts can be used in other ways (complimentary birthday plates, specials, buffet, etc.) as well as frozen and saved for later use :)
Since i work in a hotel and we do everything on a pretty large scale we have porters who wash the equipment for us, i’ve worked in smaller places before where we would have to wash our own things
