hi friends welcome back! today im bringing you guys along with me in a day in the salon. sadly I had my last client of the day had to come back because I messed up her toner but luckily she trusts me enough to fix it! im forever grateful for all my clients that come to me when they don't like something and give me the chance to fix it, we are only human and make mistakes too. so thank you for giving me a second chance ♡
and if you are a stylist that is beating yourself up from clients wanting redo or reaching out because they don't like something, don't beat yourself up about it and take it as a learning experience!
