Don't forget to mention the LOUD train horns on the RR tracks that pass through Montecito, or the fires and landslides. Besides that, it is paradise. As always, two thumbs up for quality Spanish Revival architecture that has excellent scale, proportions, landscape, views and a pool.

Brommy & joe hamming it up in Montecito. Another great ride along one of my favorite things when you guys pop up on my feed loved loved all the properties actually that hedge on the first house oh my God it was palatial royalty brought back to a whole other era loved the last house the property was amazing. I have a question about the second house you said it was built in 1955 that would make it approximately 68 yrs, So it obviously had been reconstructed but I didn't hear you guys mentioned about that and if it is reconstructed ?what about the pipes & the Roof? was that all redone or how does that get disclosed. Anyway fun, cant wait to get back home to Cali.

Thank you so much appreciate you watching and leaving a comment. That second house was redone and added onto which included roof plumbing electrical everything. There’s a lot of homes like that in our area that are older, but I’ve been remodeled to Pheelan look like new homes.
