The bed bugs aren’t embarrassing for you, it’s embarrassing for the people hosting you. I would complain to Airbnb and get your money back. They also travel from house to house in bags and suitcases so you have to be really careful.

You were really being depp and introspective . It is a change to attend these events on your own, but you are at least making an effort and attending. You are doing better than me on that front. Your videos are always my comfort , I cried everyday because of my work and I don't know when to quit because I don't want my family to be disappointed in me since they sacrifice a lot. I just can't everyday, My colleagues are calling me "unlucky" "the one who is busy", "I attract more complicated cases especially in the emergency room", "I am cursed" . These words making me feel so down everyday and I can't even eat because depression always hits me and it is almost a month now. I am afraid if I won't cut these people out , I will depressed me so much that I can't even function well and I have a family to take care off and I don't know what to do , I am afraid to talk to my friends because I'm just disturbing them and they have problems of their own so why should I disturb them 😢

Hi Boo, Cette anxiété, cette peur n'est ce pas la même que certains grands comédiens, chanteurs rencontrent juste avant d'entrer sur scène. Passer du calme à la frénésie est angoissant. À deux tout est plus facile. Et pourtant tu as géré efficacement ton stress, ta tenue, les photographes, la soirée, tes clés et même les punaises de lit. Ouuuuf c'est énorme. Penses à te ressourcer. Et passer 20 mn sur son canapé en ne pensant à rien, ça doit être tellement agréable et reposant. À très vite 🧡

Okay, Pierre...You have a natural grace that comes with your sweet disposition. You could wear a toga, and rock it. 🤣 The trick is to appear relaxed & calm, even when your mind is racing...and that's a mindset. Worrying is like a rocking chair. It gives you something to do, but it doesn't get you anywhere. Also, I think you have a natural glow that makeup conceals. Personally, I don't wear makeup often. (When I do, it's mineral based.) I get teased quite often about this, so I'm going to clarify. Can I get dressed to the nines, in skirts, dresses, heels... yes. I'm even told I clean up good. I don't mind for formal events (that I actually WANT to attend), nor the rare girls night out. My issue is, I don't care to be in big groups of people anymore, in shoes that are painful, and I'll likely trip & land on my a$$ in. 🤣 The reason most people dress up, is to impress others. I don't remember ever having the desire to impress anyone. (I was born without certain human emotions... jealousy, envy, greed, fear, etc. Maybe that's the reason.) I'd rather blend in than be a spectacle. It's far easier to observe people and environments that way. If I must get dressed to the nth degree, I'll be in something comfortable, that I like, and everyone else be damned. As they say, opinions are like...noses...🤣 I'm going to be me, and I'm going to be comfortable, take it or leave it. I'm not everyone's cup of tea, and I'm okay with that, as most people aren't mine. That cuts the anxiety way down. Then you can just be yourself and have a good time. 😁

I have never had bed bugs, but I have something of yours too. Anxiety. What I have learned to do is notice how I feel. If I feel sick for no reason, I look at my thoughts. They are usually catastrophic thoughts not based in reality.. As an example, I think I will be fired from my job when in reality there is no evidence. The more this happens, the quicker I realize it’s not true, and the better I feel. Many people have anxiety not knowing. Knowing is more than half curing it. Just watch your thoughts. Your brain is talking all the time. Don’t believe everything you think. Don’t believe until there is proof. Get a friend to bounce off these thoughts to see if there is any truth. Pierre, there are so many ways to help you with your anxiety. I can assure you it is not easy to unseat the problems that ground people in an anxious state, but it can be done. It is worthwhile, and it does help to clear up the fog around other important feelings and actions. If you hurt your leg, you may use a crutch, if you have a cold, you may take medication. If you are anxious, there are many ways to solve the reasons for the anxiety, but you must be open to trying. Try consciousness meditation, Pierre. It helps with anxiety a lot in my case. It also improves your concentration to get things done more efficiently.
