I think the idea for your glow up is great, but you have previously worked out for close to 2 years and will gain muscle faster than others because of muscle memory. So, a huge deficit in calories will be easier for you and you will glow up way faster than most people. Overall, your making a positive impact, I just think people should know this.

Dont compare yourself bro, also omad is good but if you dont do a déficit calorie there is no point for weightloose. Even if you do one meal a day but your meal reach your maintenance calorie or more like your maintenance is 2500kcal and in one meal you eat 2500 then you wont loose fat. Henry is in a max deficit, fking -1000cal deficit + he do gym so most likely he burn 800cal then in one day he is AT -1800 kcal per day bro. I assume 60-70% of his calorie he eat are proteine 1,5g/kg for muscle and 30% are lipide and a little glucide(sugar and typeshit). And dont forger muscle memory since his already accutumed, also its been more than 2week i think. So if you never proprely loose fat, the first Time wont be fast or easy depending on your body ans diet. And also for you body to fastly burn fat, you body have to use all the glucide stocked in your liver since its his first choice so the first week you wont loose much or nothing only water and maybe a littler fat. The journey to loose fat need perseverance, patience and dedication. One cheat meal that go Overboard and you ruin a week of labor but you Can compense it with max intensity in your training. Thank you so much for your advice. I was really happy reading it. I have been eating just probably under 1200 cals per day, and i also drink 4 litres of water. Thats the issue, and im really scared it wont work out cause i havent seen results so far. I am starting my second week from today, Let's hope it works. Thank you so much gain. And yes, i have never lost a ton of weight before. I am trying my best to stay consistent as well, and my appetite has decreased too. Thanks for themotivational words man.
