Our local county fairs start next week and they have craft sections. I am going to be at a table for gardening at one of them and all our tables are in the same place the quilts are. I love looking at them all!

I went to this show on the Thursday and it was very busy. Yes mainly fabrics on sale. All I bought was 3 metres of fabric and an Oliso iron. Happy with what I bought.

Welcome to my home town!

It was wonderful to see the quilts from the Melbourne Show. I went to the Sydney one, and it was really a disappointment. There were not as many vendors, and WAY less quilts and not that great. Apart from a couple the only decent ones were the featured ones. We had Danny Amazonas as a featured artist and his quilts are just amazing, so at least there were a few to really admire.

The quilt with dresses is Millie's Dresses pattern by Lori Holt. You can find quilt tutorials by Pat Sloan and Fat Quarter Shop online.
