Absolute brilliant story and so true. It has happened to people I know. I am a large person these days and the more I try to lose weight the more o seem to put on. I have decided that it his is who I am now and I am loving life. My hubby thinks I’m still as sexy as the day we met 44 years 😊 so who am I to say he is wrong. He loves me for who I am from the inside out. Your story made me smile ❤
I have specialty rulers. They are an investment. I buy them because my time is valuable and material is expensive. Rulers are tools that allow me to work accurately, productively with minimum waste. These are for my foundational blocks that are in all my quilts. I see all sorts if hacks to adapt regular rulers . Slit rectangles
OMG Karen, l read the title, clicked on it. I didn't notice it was your channel. I kept thinking it sounds like Karen. When I went to comment I saw Crafty Quilting Designs. I loved the story! Really enjoyed just listening! You should do more readings. 🥰
THIS IS THE THING THAT PISSES ME OFF WITH ETSY: THIS IS A VERY LARGE COMPANY AND AS A VERY LARGE COMPANY, THEY SHOULD HAVE TECH PEOPLE THAT HAS A WAY OF DETECTING SCAMMERS FROM INFILTRATING THEIR WEBSITE, PREYING ON NEW SMALL BUSINESSES! DO THEY CARE? APPARENTLY NOT BECAUSE THIS IS HAPPENING TOO FREQUENTLY TO PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT TO OPEN UP A NEW ON LINE BUSINESS! I WOULDN'T TOUCH ETSY WITH A TEN FOOT POLE!
@@CraftyQuiltingDesigns I’m 77 and don’t sleep as I used to. lol I finally braved my first subscription box. I cut out all the pieces for the block of the month. The directions for piecing were difficult for me to understand but I labored through. I finally found a simple tube on how to do the flying geese. As I was trying to make the pieces fit over my back to the cutting directions and found they didn’t match. Cutting directions said 3 1/2 x 6 1/2 but piecing directions said 4 x 7. After two days of frustration I finally figured out the problem. I was ready to give up. Your instructions are always simple and clear. Thank you Audrey
