@@nashym17 Hey, congrats! Sorry for the 3-week late reply, but I’ll still give you a couple tips (even though you’ve probably already got the hang of things). 1) If you don’t have a task or if you don’t know what to do, ask a shift lead. Don’t just wipe part off a table here and dress some cookies there in an attempt to look like you’re doing something- ask a shift lead what needs to be done. 2) If you don’t know how to do something or don’t know the answer to a customer’s question, don’t pretend that you do! I swear it is so so so much better to flat out say “I actually haven’t been trained on how to do that yet,” or, “I’m honestly not sure, let me ask my manager” than it is to pretend you know something you don’t and possibly get it wrong. 3) Make friends with some of your coworkers who have been there a bit longer than you have. That way it will be less intimidating to ask them for help with something. Plus, if it’s a bit slow in the store, you can ask them to show you how to mix, dress, do the C swirl, etc since it’s less intimidating when you’re asking a friend. Not at all! They give you a scoop and a scale an you just have to weigh the dough as you ball it. Then on the other hand if you're making, say, the Milk Chocolate Chip cookie for example, you won't use a scoop you'll just weigh it right on the scale. It's really easy once you get the hang on what each cookie weights.

@@marylandhome9141 It’s going to be different from store to store. They might ask what your schedule is, if you have any sort of knowledge about baking, if you’ve ever shopped at Crumbl before. When I went they mostly talked about my prior experience and what position they needed filled at the store, and if I was willing and able to fill it. It’s not going to be hard questions, just answer honestly.
I haven't worked there for over a year, but I've been back to see my friends and catch up with them. It's a great place to work with the right people, I'm sure you'll like it!
Not really, you just have to find the rhythm in the folding. I found creasing every line first then folding the box to be easiest and it helped the boxes stay closed on the shelves.
