From my personal collection (Tape #1042). Our earliest known use of these split screen credits as of February 2023! Recorded after the premiere of the South Park episode "Weight Gain 4000". That's right! Comedy Central actually premiered their second episode on what was supposed to be the night of "Volcano"'s debut. "Volcano" ended up airing on August 20th by mistake.
