Rice, egg and soy sauce what a harmonious combination I can see why you love this dish Chef!!! I loved this video, very interesting indeed!!! My comfort food is toasted white bread, lashings of butter, vegemite and thinky sliced cheese....Sometimes with a fried egg on top😋!!!!

Very nice of you to tell us what your comfort food is, we love to hear stories, that's what makes RU-vid great, learning about others. My comfort food would have to be toast with butter and jumbo eggs over easy on top, salt, pepper, dill and garlic , put the eggs on the toast and cut them while they are still liquid yolks , very nice 😋 Thanks for sharing, new friends here fully supporting you now 😀 Have an amazing weekend 👍🏻 Mark and Michelle

I absolutely agree with the sentimental value of food! My comfort food would be a stirfried zucchini, scrambled egg, flavouried with moroccan spices + soy sauce. Put iton a lightly grilled bread with a slice of cheese and a coating of mayo. I often make this as a nice breakfast after waking up in the weekend. Combined with tea and my mornings can't be better! What would your favourite drink be? Is there any preferences you have on different occasions?

Sounds great POWned911! Your comfort food sounds interesting. Might give it a try one day. I usually like to drink plain soda water or carbonated water unsweetened. It satisfy my soda cravings and not needing all the extra flavoring or sweetener😀. How about for you?

@@AmazingKitchen Tea! I'm an absolute tea lover. I can talk about it for so long, hahaha. But whenever I eat meals like these that are heavy on the flavour I tend to stick with plain water or milk. If I am feeling particularly feisty I would go for a juice drink. I know how sugary these are so I try to stay away from them however. I gain weight easily. :P Carbonated water I somehow don't like. it leaves a bitter impression in my mouth that I don't like. But carbonated sodas I could still enjoy a lot. In morocco they have these sodas called "poms' and "hawai". Gosh, if they sold those in the netherlands... But yeah, that's enough from me! hahaha.

thanks for sharing. Green tea is my daily beverage, also drink various types of other teas when the need for a change now and then🙂. Some types of carbonated water do leave an aftertaste, so it is really certain brands that taste good.😀
