I always use claw clips in my hair. They're easy when you're in a rush and very on-trend.

Not me crying over here. Thank you so much for the intro statement. We have been struggling with fertility issues now for a while, and I am pretty sure I recently had a "chemical" pregnancy of sorts back in December and had what is considered a very early miscarriage in January this year. Never tested because it was so early and I had just hit a week since my missed period and had been having about 10 days of pregnancy symptoms when it all happened. It can feel so lonely and isolating at times to go through this and not have any answers as to why and wondering if and when my hubby and I will get to become parents. Thank you for acknowledging those of us that having a really hard time this weekend. And thank you for your beautiful and uplifting content you create here on YT. I discovered your channel recently and find your videos both super helpful and very calming. ❤

How do you fit in filming and editing? Is that during nap time? I have a channel (different account) but it’s been tough to keep up with the weekly schedule.

Oh hello!!! 🥰👋🏽 it’s so nice to meet a fellow mumma /RU-vidr! Girl, keeping up with the schedule is SO hard. I have had to let go of a lot of things. I don’t bring our regular weekly videos, I try, but I often miss weeks, and I’ve stopped being hard on myself for that. I edit 50% of my videos, the other half I hire an editor! (Hugggeee chunk of time saved!) and I often book out a Sunday with my partner which I dedicate to working. There’s never one week where I have it all together, something always has to give. Some weeks the house is a pig-stye and the other weeks I’ve done no work, but I know that I can’t have it all perfect at once. It took me a while to get to this place of acceptance. (I wish I got it all done in nap time, but my son loves a good cat nap 🤣🤣) What is your channel about? And how old is your bubba? Xx

@@EmilyElizabethMay I do appreciate your honesty! It’s so easy to look at someone’s channel and assume they’re on top of everything all the time. It sounds like we’re all in this together! :) My daughter is 20 months old right now. It’s hard to believe her second birthday is in just a few months! It’s true that “the days are long but the tears are short.” My channel is “Chelsea Amber Music” and it has music, vlogs and interviews with other musicians.

I have the hardest time wearing my slacks casually. I have a lot of slacks from when I went into the office. I now work exclusively at home. I have such a casual lifestyle now but still love my slacks. I wonder if you could do a video on styling slacks for a casual lifestyle?

@@EmilyElizabethMay I’m kind of classic, casual with a little edge. I have some very eclectic pieces. I love patterned pants and color but I also have lots of neutrals.
