Thanks a lot, I have so many problems with anxiety, now I try to use as much as I can your videos instead of delorazepam or diazepam and with the right playlist I can "focus" myself on sleeping. I use these videos on daytime too because of some problems with migraines,vertigo ect and they help a lot to all the anxiety and fear within reasonable limits. Thank you :)

I suppose that you have more videos where you tell your patients or viewers to put in head phones but this is the only one I saw this far. I have a pair of WorkTunes Connect wireless Bluetooth headphone earmuffs ( they are both) I use for my loud dog and school buses being I have insomnia to a degree... So I bought gel ear seals to go with them which make them comfortable on the ears, as well as a faux fur fleece, plush minky or Sherpa fleece of which I cut out in swatches, and snap the gels on them so the fleece comes in contact with the ears, and ear canals . It feels like furry Earmuffs turned outside to inside. Very nice and super comfortable and I can sleep in them. It helps very much listening to these videos with the noise reduction of hearing protectors and the hifi sound and stereo speakers, plus the feel of ear warmers over the ears...three world's in one. It would be great to see a similar video on this or someone used as a test subject, like the cold pack over the girl's face ( but Earmuffs or hearing protection with ear buds etc. Being placed over the ears) They are 50 dollars at Walmart cheaper on Amazon) in the tool section. Jayni This is such a great video. I have chronic pain and Cerebral Palsy and my body was finally able to let go to your voice. It was if you were talking right to me, like you knew me. If all your videos are like this I would like to either schedule a customized video or a talk re: motivation and pain management.
