Took this journey last nite when I went to bed. First time in ten years I slept all night opened my eyes at 630 this morning. I was tangled up in my headphone wires when I woke but it was a great nights sleep!!! Thank You Michalel

Thank you for this, Jayni. In the past two months I've went from deep heartbreak, and then physical illness, and trying to find housing before my voucher runs out. And I've become overwhelmed, unable to prioritize. As a result time is getting away from me. I keep going back to not understanding why after 26 years, and all the money I sent in the past year, the love of my life, was engaged to another man, and she never told me. And after coming here to see me upon her release, she knew how I was living and still took money from me. She saw how I am living. So I'm not feeling too good right now about myself. So I need motivation for me now. (I know I can't live in a friend's garage forever) This is why I thank you for what you do. A true gift of God you have. A blessing.

I'm so glad that I was able to come across your page. I watched and fell asleep to one of your videos where you have the two glass balls with the teardrop lights in them and I felt so calmed down and was able to finally sleep again. My anxiety is terrible at night and esp when I have to sleep in my bed. My daughter likes to sleep with me still and I don't mind bc I can sleep easier with her as well. It's just the 2 of us and she hates the dark and I don't sleep well at all since I had lost my momma 1yr 1month 1week and 5 days ago. Sept. 6th,2019... we were bestfriends and I was caring for her and even moved into her apt complex to be as close as I could. We were 1 building away from eachother and we confided into one another about everything and didn't judge one another. I promised her that I would never talk about my childhood again. And that I forgave her for it. And from their on we became the closest we'd been. Even though I have helped her since I was 12. I started working and did anything to get $$ to not only save but I heard her cry at nights that she didn't know how some Bill's or the gas would get filled. I was paying for one or two bills a month. And helped her to get to places when I started to drive at 17 and until she passed and I was 32. Right before everyone's birthday's where I was just happy if she remembered my birthday....

I've watched this several times since you made it. Thank you so much for this one, I think it's probably the best for helping me relax mentally and physically. I've been working very odd and unpredictable hours the last couple months, which will end soon since I'm changing employers, but in the meantime this has been helping me get the rest I need, and just taking that time to be calm and quiet and recharge. Amazing video, Jayni!!! You have two things I've loved since I was a kid, a fire and a puppy! HAHAHA. I don't think I made it 10 minutes into this video before I was out and that was before 2300 hrs!! I didn't wake up until nearly 0330 so I just turned off the laptop and went to sleep again. I'll try to get through it tonight but I may wind up watching this one several times this week! LOL

Sorry long story short is I had watched and them felt so relaxed finally from a good video to help me relax and get to sleep. But I had forgotten to follow you that night and in the morning I woke up pretty good which is rare for me and my daughter took my phone and I went from relaxed and fine to jumpy and fell into an immediate anxiety attack really bad and I had to stay in my bedroom until I was able to pull myself together and asked her to not take my phone without asking me and it took me weeks to find you again and when I finally did. I subbed IMMEDIATELY bc I didn't want to loose your page again. Thank you for your hard work and how much you have helped me out so far. I can't even sleep unless I have one of your videos on. I try to go for the longer one's bc it takes time for me to get calmed down and relax unless I'm very exhausted. But I just wanted to say Thank You So So Soooo much for these great video's. Hi! I just discovered you last night as I am on a med that has cursed me with strange dreams or not being able to sleep at all.(It's the ever-popular Suboxone. I know in your line of work/education you have some knowledge of it. In a nutshell, I went from "one poison to another";weaning off) I won't lather you w superficial comments, sincerely you helped me, I'm grateful. I had one of the greatest slumbers and an unbelievable, happy vivid dream of my mom. She's alive, but my long suffering dad died a month ago😪He was a quiet gentle Saint & I'm relaxed bc he's not going thru torture anymore w his age and medical hells. My mom's obsession is flowers and their home was just encompassed in these beautiful blooms of color that she was showing me. The dream was free flowing & made sense. I woke up calm w a clearer mind. I have to learn to take in & love the smaller gifts in life. I'm so glad I found your site & wanted to share something exceptional & prophetic. You were sharing stories w names and you mentioned a Chrissy that endured a bad car crash. If you see my name as I try to shorten my long tale here,my largest hurdles in life stemmed back to a crash I caused, fell asleep just 3 miles from coming home eons ago & it led to pain pill abuse and BAD behavior. I changed terribly over time. I just was proven of faith and to try to shake guilt. Only me was injured. And for that I'm left w some soloce. Peace and great health to you.💖😊

Would you? Story: My brother is a agnostic who suffers with insomnia and he’s also dyslexic. So, at night he will lie in bed for hours not sleeping... wondering if there really is a doG?
