My local convention, which happens to be the oldest anime convention in the USA, has gotten kicked out of many hotels and convention centers since homestucks joined the party. They clog the pools with their oil-based makeup, touch other cosplayers without consent, and actually cause bodily harm to other cosplayers by jumping on them and throwing buckets. I have a Kurloz cosplay and have read every bit of Homestuck, but I fucking hate the fandom because they seriously ruin so many things by just being dicks. I've never even worn my cosplay at a con because I don't want to be lumped in together with them, and I've experienced some of the same shit Hella Sweet Jeff Bro said right before me by members of the Homestuck fandom. It's like you can't be a Homestuck without being a piece of shit person that thinks they are more socially correct or progressive than you in every way. /endrant
