03 - How yoga facilitates coming home to your body.
00 “ Re-inhabting the body is where I’ve found the most meaning connection, joy, experience. Recalibrating on the yoga mat helps you do it in everyday life.
13 - Hannah draws a comparison between yoga and psychedelic experiences - learning to sit with the discomfort. “Are you restless on your mat? If so, how are you running away from the present moment?”.
34 - With nowhere to run, nowhere to hide, you learn to trust your body more.
35 - Ashtanga yoga.
05 - “Get out of your head and into your sense, where the magic is.”
00 - Getting out of your head and into the body helps you move from fear to love, from judgement to compassion; It really is about taking a pause, coming back into the body, and the magic happens when you are fully present, in your body.
00 - The inner healing intelligence is in you, so is everything - all the answers. If we can just quiet the mind, come back to the senses, open the heart, and then the soul can speak.

You're not "just" your body? I think that ultimately your not your body (including the subtle body (which includes the mind) and the causal body ) at all. This reminds me of all the masters of non dual spiritually who don't really treat the body with all that much care and regard and who focus HEAVILY on recognizing themselves as the "witness consciousness" / Brahman through knowledge and the practices that engraine that knowledge into waking consciousness versus the Yogis who focus on doing so through various Yoga practices such as the ones that are being described here. Of course, everything is valid and everyone has their own path.
