EA truly knows how to disappoint. Not many publishers can destroy a franchise with such ruthless efficiency then release crap just to cling to an IP they care nothing about
Nwowdays everybody has a PHD in ruining franchises. Heroes of might and magic, borderlands, dragon age, kinda dead space, call of duty, stalker. But maybe you're right. C&C is the worst
Nope you legit cant, EA made this game and the last mobile Command and conquer game SPECIFICALY because the law states you need to do something with the IP you hold else it will return to the original holder. they are only making these shitty cheap mobile games so they can keep the IP and NOT be forced to give it to someone who might actually use it to make a real game people might enjoy.
@@CnCDuneit is just one thing in common with WC/SC but the 95% of the game looks like succesor of C&C. Hell from factions to soundtrack, briefing menus to cinematics, units design to their line deliveries, even the story. Dynasty is like mash up version of Nod and Soviets, GDF = GDI, Tempest = Tiberium. Hell Gameplay could be considered as Generals 2 . I would never consider it as Warcraft + C&C just because of one thing since the game looks like a new C&C title entirely
It's so funny and tragic that C&C fans everywhere are like "please can we get another real C&C game" and EA's only response is to occasionally drop mobile game slop onto our laps.

@@alexanderrose1556 EA holds the IP and trademark but the developer licenses the IP through EA to make a cash grab. So with a huge royalty to EA, these "developers" are just trying to use its name and likeness to market it quickly. It has nothing to do with trying to keep the IP - you're mistaking that they NEED to sell command and conquer products to keep the IP, but they due need to service and protect its IP. Most of these "developers" on GooglePlay and iTune stores are overseas scam artist companies wanting to make a quick buck using micro-transactions through base building and never ending level progressions. Look at it's developer , "Level Infinite" - its a subsidiary to a Singapore developer who buys the license of many other game titles.
Guys, you should look up "Tempest Rising" on google on youtube that game is a spiritual successor of command and conquer Do not give hope to EA games, look for a spiritual successor Just like Cities Skylines replacing Sim City
This confirms what we fear: C&C Rivals was doing well enough that it warrants another mobile game. This also seals the fact that there won't be a proper C&C game for the foreseeable future.
The main rule of Gamescom 2023 - If you see something really interesting and visually impressive - It's a pre-rendered video. If you see garbage graphics from 2012 - that's actual gameplay.
The worst part is some "journalist" engaging the subject and being like "fans of command and conquer would be pleased to know there is a new game coming". At this point being honest and not caring is more appropriate.
We bring you this "game" preview to remind you, yes, here at EA we are still evil and enjoy pissing on the fan base of every small company we've gutted and destroyed.
@@Fedhargo88what? That sounds like the dumbest excuse someone in EA's diversity and equity department could come up with uh nuh we can't make remaster of the best C&C game cause it features soviet's how will people feel about that it would hurt their feelings.
Announcing shitty mobile C&C game 13 years after the f-up of Tiberian Twilight knowing that PC and Consoles have been craving for an OG remake is... bold.
Now, that's a bold move. What they did with the past CNC mobile and other hundreds of games is the same, just lazy releases to laundry dirty money into legal money
A mobile game?! Why not build on the fantastic legacy that is C&C Generals and give us something new and fresh... Hell, even modders can make more modern C&C games at this point ._.
@@nikkity5491 hmm you say this, perhaps you need to hold you statement until the new remastered come out. After even it shocked me when remastered red alert 1 came out.
It's disappointing the trailer is about yet another mobile game, but it seems whoever made the trailer is passionate about CNC franchise Hope we will get a *real* CNC sequel in the future
Are you ever going to release another PC version, this game has such a large community that would play it, and yet you introduce the mobile game and cancel the PC version thats in development. Knowing EA, Probably more profit to make here….
What’s gonna be crazy and funny is in a year or two it’s gonna get pulled from the app store and devs are gonna scratch their heads and go “why didn’t anyone play it”
@@Bread-nx9fothat the games are being made to wash dirty money from a Chinese government company, it's not that they are not in touch with us C&C fans, they are 100% in touch with money, dirty money, tencent owns Discord, EA and others alike by making them do things like these z and move under the table some dirty 300 Millon dollars because this game for sure will make us CNC fans waste all of our money on it, didn't read the news? It looks like this is what we've been waiting for Ez money turned legal
