This is the current version of my Sharuum the Hegemon Artifact Commander deck. This is the deck that I have kept together ever since I started playing Commander and I am constantly evolving it as new cards come out.
Cards I am considering adding: Mimic Vat and Isochron Scepter

It looks like a pretty solid deck. I would play this in a group of strangers just because my group usually hates on artifacts I see cards like vandalblast, shatter pulse and shattering spree.

Magister Sphinx is legitimate strategy. It can be used against you just as easily as you can use it against others (well maybe not) but still, its legit strategy.

To be honest this doesnt feel like a Sharuum deck :). Sharuum is suppost to be a commander for a artict deck, not a deck with 70% blue spells. No means to be rude but i dont think shes the right commander :)
