Just what I needed! I like this card a lot (from the new set) and was wondering how it would work.

remember, Esix can make a token of ANY creature, not just your own, AND there is no word TARGET, so shroud and Hexproof dont matter ;)

Yea this is most likely going to be my next deck I'm going to build. Seeing as how I picked up a foil version of Esix to throw in my omnath deck just for fun and after alot of work it's still a dang Pringle, I'll probably switch it out for a non foil and build with the foil version next. Thankfully I would only be running two colors now with Esix. Less fetches to buy lol. Thanks for putting this together. It amazes me Esix actually exists in this game. Alas I've thrown alot of money into my Omnath so for the time being this deck will have to wait.

Thank you! I only noticed after the fact that prophet of Kruphix was illegal in commander, but every other format it is legal. Vert strange.

Problem people aren't catching is its only on YOUR turn. Stuff that makes tokens when it dies aren't great, as they rely on your opponents to kill them, ie blocking, removal, etc. Other problem is its the first token made. So cards that make at upkeep just aren't great at all.

God, this guy would annihilate in my Yarok deck, especially with Avenger Of Zendikar, Risen Reef and Zendikar’s Roil.

Added in a Venser, Shaper Savant for control and a Tendershot Dryad. Although the Dryad makes one token per upkeep, if you can make copies of the Dryad then it surely will become a problem

I find that when you put esix out and cast let's say hornet queen, it kind of paint's a big crosshair on you..

Any other token bringers that would well with this commander? Cheaper the better :D

Yes Risen Reef's ability works that way. So for example if you only have Risen Reef and Esix on the battlefield and you cast Master of Waves having the 3 tokens enter as copies of Risen Reef you will have 12 Risen Reef triggers. GROSS!

Risen reef would mil you to death if you played it mid game
