if rayami gains indestructible I would try giving him the worldslayer an can constantly destroy all perments yes that includes lands

Spark Double and Sakashima are great ways to have more Rayamis (Rayamii?), as well as helm of the host. Don’t forget to include things like Evolutionary Leap for quick ways to get more creatures and things like Beast Whisperer and Guardian Project to keep you from getting gassed out.

I’ve made a rayami deck it’s a lot different I did add 2 different cards to it one is called nature’s will which if u attack successful with one or more monsters then your mana untaps and your opponent’s mana taps another one is called stasis which is a permanent lock down of every card but to keep it u must tap 1 blue land other wise it’s destroyed

Awesome Deck and giving the people a new perspective and overthink the Commander. Perhaps I build him into my Volrath Shapeshifter deck as a secondary win option

Neth the only thing that can do that in these colors really is Fire Shrieker. That and Exoskeleton could be a pretty good win con. Also add Phyresis cause with double Strike you could need the power and toughness buff. While we’re going the infect route might as well add tainted strike as well lol cause unlike phyresis they won’t see that coming.

Rayami still retains the blood counters even if it dies and you recast it correct?

Yes the exiled cards will have blood counters even if rayami leaves

I also prefer Rayami over Volrath and Kadena from the BUG deck. Having things matter while in exile is very difficult for opponents to interact with. This is a great edge over the other 2 options. Animar is still a better morph commander than Kadena and Volrath is similar to Experiment Kraj. But Rayami is something new. And yes, I also agree that the art is a bit jarring, to say the least.

So I'm pretty new to magic, just bought this commander deck. Starting to understand it, but I have one big question that may go over my head...what does exiling with a blood counter even actually mean? What is a blood counter?

It's good Rayami affects your opponents because if she didn't I don't think she could get Double Strike as it says on the card.

Also creatures with Evoke (sacrificed when they enter the battlefield) like Night Incarnate which gives Rayami Deathtouch and gives other creatures-3/-3 perhaps sending more creatures with keywords to the graveyard. Another good one is Cloudthresher, giving Rayami Reach and causing 2 damage to every creature with flying and to each player for 4 cmc

Fantastic sacrificial outlet that also screws your opponents: Tainted Aether. Also, Helm of Host is amazing with Rayami since all tokens she makes also check for exiled cards with blood counters.

Attrition could be a valuable enchantment in this deck, although it‘s a bit slow and black-heavy.

The problem with Rayami is when your opponent create a clone of him, the clone will have all the abilities from creature cards with blood counter too.

If she had +1/+1 for each exiled with a counter she'd be way more interesting as a commander. As is, the payoff isn't really high enough, imo. All the hoops I have to jump through to get a 5/4 that cant be blocked or targetted is nuts when I could just slam a Tasigur and start winning then and there.

Dude, I watched this video to see what other creatures they would suggest. I didnt know I would be looking at a deck tech for a deck I have already built with each and every creature on this list. Guess great minds think alike. I will see if i can find another video on this topic.
