2:08:37 I don´t think thats how that works. It says it deals damage equal to its power(referring to the creature being deal damage) rather than dealing damage based on how much damage the creature is dealt. So if you have a 3/1 equipped with this attacking someone and being blocked by 5 5/5s and taking 25 damage, you can still only deal 3 damage because thats the power of the creature that was equipped with Fiend Lash. Its a different way of doing trample because you do damage even when being blocked but not unfair or abusable.

Speaking of unfair and abusable, you can get infinite pings if you have two of these on an indestructible mf. Akiri, Yahenni, and of course Darksteel Mutation are the only ways to set this up below rare though so it's not likely

I think your underrating coveted peacock. A 3/4 is frequently going to be able to attack and forcing an opponent to attack with a low power/toughness creature that has static abilities, or a high power creature into a deathtoucher is pretty good.

1:54:20 - Supernatural stamina will work great for any deck running a commander(s) with powerful ETB effects that are also likely to be removed…thinking something like Ghonti

Drafted this set in an early access event yesterday and while it is a super fun and well designed limited set, holy cow it did not feel like a 50€ draft at all. And compared to commander legends 1&2 and Double Masters 2022, I don't think any of the commons and uncommons will end up in a constructed deck

Priest should be more of a C+ I think as it’s two body’s 2/2 and 5/5 flyer for 5 mana … seems pretty good with the sac and reanimate

I saw someone play Tatyova and they drew like 3 cards off it in both games. I think its still amazing but you still need to get the right cards.

Balan, Nahiri, Puresteel Paladin, Teshar and Heavenly Blademaster all do well with Meteoric Mace. Not going to say it's a great card, but it has it's places. Too bad Brass Squire isn't in the set.

I won a commander draft with Yargle and as my commander next to Ghalta. Had a mana dork or 2, play Yargle on turn 3, Ghalta on turn 4. Swing for 21. But I agree that other than that, you won't play it.

i feel like hunter's insight is better in normal 100 format, specially in mono green. If you have a big board out and craterhoof then hunter's insight you could be drawing a lot of cards. 9 times of out 10 you'll be hitting for at least 15 cards. It is kind of a card you'd have to hold onto if you didn't draw into it late game, but i still think there is a place for it.

If you're using craterhoof, then you'll most likely be winning anyway. Why would you need to draw 15 cards on top of winning?

Herald of the host is wrongly evaluated card I think. For limited, a 5 mana 2 x1 or 4 x1 (!) that doubles up every turn and the copies can stay to defend is an *absolute* smasher which will likely win many games on its own. in normal commander, doesn't sound as splashy but this is SO going into my kaalia, shadowfax or isshai deck to make my opponents anxious :)
