I trust the opinions of NFL front office personnel, NFL Head Coaches, former players with super bowl rings. When they all are saying pretty much the same things and evaluations are similar, that speaks volumes to me. HTTR
I know what you're saying, and it makes sense to almost everybody. But the truth is that these same talent evaluators have a really poor history, if you look back over the last 20 years or so, of picking QBs that transition sucessfully to the NFL and become the franchise guy. The success rate is about 25%, so 1 out of every 4 top 5 (I think it is in the top 5) QBs picked makes it as a legitimate starter. That's not very good.
Yeah.. NFL teams never, ever get it wrong when it comes to QBs. Don't even bother having your own opinion. Just trust the "experts" they're always right. 👍
I love the JD pick. But I never bought the idea/theory that signing Mariota signaled drafting JD. I think they signed Mariota because Brian Johnson spoke highly of him and Kingsbury liked him as well. I think they still would've signed Mariota even if they picked DM.
Shew. I hope I’m wrong. He can’t throw over the middle and he’s so little. Can’t read defenses and soon as he had some competition with them bringing in other QBs his weak mindedness showed and proved he’s just an entitled immature diva who should prob be a receiver. We had a chance to get drake maye who is the next josh Allen or Justin Herbert. SMH. I hope I’m wrong. I pray I’m wrong but I’m extremely dissatisfied and disappointed and this has the same smell that the Dan Snyder era of drafts had. 😢😢😢
You just made a whole bunch of shit up about JD. None of that is true. So there’s no way that you hope you’re wrong. Drake Maye won’t be Herbert and will never be Josh Allen. Allen is a much better athlete. Just because he’s a big white guy doesn’t mean he’s either of them. Stop repeating what you hear and research for yourself.
