Anyone that says that doesn't know the situation. Pierce has to make a move. He is fired if they miss playoffs. You think back to back no playoff years for Raiders is going to go well? He is gone. Playing conservative while their is a superbowl champ in your division and broncos who will be tanking for next years draft and full rebuild puts raiders in a tough spot. If AOC and raiders start 1-5 AOC, pierce, and GM all gone and benched. Then full tank would be in affect.
