Yes common. Commercial leases are completely one sided against the tenant. Normally fully repairing and any modifications have to be removed at the end even if you've improved the building. Hence just paying the landlord off at thee end and he wins twice.

Not really, because I would use the site for my business which would have benefited from the space and traded in to profit. Obviously if you bought it and naff all then yes.

I’m not so sure, I think it’ll mean lots of nurseries go under. They underfund the settings, devil in the detail.

I wish we could, but our zoos, holiday parks and attractions wouldn’t pay UK prices on this business. We manufacture loads of stuff in the UK. Play equipment, ice cream, cakes, signage etc etc

Made you look though didn’t it? Made you comment too? Maybe it worked. Our thumbnails get ridiculously good click throughs - as does Mr Beasts, I literally love his thumbnails and getting compared to him is a massive RU-vid win. Marketing is all about headlines and yes we use headlines and facial expressions to get the click, if we don’t we don’t get the results. When ever we do serious, boring click throughs the videos get no where near as many clicks. The data doesn’t lie.
