So the management company asked for me to send them a proposal. So with this property, it will be a Triple net lease. Do you have proposal templates?

If you're unrepresented, I would think the best thing for the management company to do would be to send you a proposal since they have all of the details on the space. They should have some template ready to roll on the site, anyway. Hope that helps!
