Recently, Commissioner David Dennis participated in the Kansas Honor Flight that takes Kansas veterans from Wichita to Washington D.C. to visit the war memorials inspired by their service. Upon their return home, veterans are welcomed back by their families, loved ones and community members with an enthusiastic celebration.
