The main information I got from this was not how to fix issues but to actually expect stuff to be this simple, it's certainly hard to get my head around but hey if a job is easy I'm not complaining lol great video

Please provide solution for domain account lock issue frequently. Any power full tools to search account logs.

I 've worked on helpdesk and i had calls all the time for problems that the pc users could easily do themselves but refuse to learn how to do them. They think " I have the helpdesk department stand by, why bother learning some basic things?"..

I’m changing careers from sales to IT. Taking the 3 month course. I hope this isn’t boring, this seems too basic. I thought I would help with network or troubleshooting software issues

This is not a course, our courses are 5 days live training, and also after that many more labs needed to be finished before you go out to apply, This video is about common basic very basic calls we get. If you are interested in the full course go to jobskillshare.org and even the free course is more then 80 hours of content so you will find many advance videos thanks

before I do any troubleshooting I always restart the computer like you said sometimes they do so many things at the same time then I ask the user to do again what was doing then if comes an error fix

seriously? these are the common issues that show up on ticket system? the projector i would have to research, but i know a windows pc slows down the longer it is on due to kernel memory leak, i've been doing helpdesk at home alot LOL especially when putting together enthusiast rigs for myself or family members. although i will say i hate wireless mouse/keyboard combos, you type to fast while moving the mouse, and it will skip datafrom one device or the other, it becomes most evident when gaming with a board and mouse combo in wireless.

Is this like Tier 0 calls? lol Helpdesk is more than this A+ level stuff. You have Exchange Group Distribution, ADUC Management whether Share Drive Permissions or Security Group Management , SCCM, Strato Desk/Citrix Virtualization you have to handle, Networking Printers, list goes on. Please dont think what this video covers is helpdesk, it most certainly is not.

Please take a moment and check the whole channel, the things you mentioned is correct but not every helpdesk is hired to perform such duties. We have over 1000+ videos here to break things down so new people don't get overwhelmed. I hope you will take few minutes and go over how our video's and idea works. If you mention SCCM, AD etc then you have to explain and break that down because it's not a helpdesk level skill but certain components or features are given to helpdesk.

You have to watch his other videos. This video is just covering a little bit of helpdesk. He has videos on sccm, active directory and other stuff. Please take the time to watch the other videos. The purpose of the video is to show some common IT issues not everything. Obviously you can't cover everything in one video.
