Filmed this singing Common Myna (Acridotheres Tristis) on the window of my flat at Karachi Federal B Area. Commo Myna are native to Iran, Pakistan, India, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, China & some other adjsent countries.
We have them here in Australia and they're known as major pests. I've never had a problem with them and I've watched videos of pet ones and I adore them. I'm just an animal lover I guess!
"When we met she was so absolutely beautiful, soon afterwards, I fell in love with her. This Myna was the best of the myna's. So anywayz, I was getting a new doo, and suddenly an eagle flies right at her"
Awesome! I love Myna Birds! We get them a lot here! I've got a pet myna bird, Sparky! She's a bit old, now...they're usually at their best when they are young, like this one!
if its killing pests we are talking about then i think human beings should be the first in the list.....lets nt forget our wonderful contribution to global warming...
As much as I support the fact that Indian Myna birds shouldn't be blamed, they aren't exactly native to Australia or any other country outside of South-East Asia. But they don't know what they're doing, so they should be killed, but not blamed.
