Very good information. This should be taught more. Spread this video even college coaches cannot articulate this to players.

So what you mean is, don’t push off to jump, but pivot and dig with your back foot so you can take a big step forward?

Did you know scientifically it is proven that all your doing is pounding twice your body weight in the ground then having to start your momentum all over the ground. Do you want to tell me what value that has?

Think of putting twice ur body weight on a spring as ur pushing down then wat happens when u let go same concept with pitching
