Hello, After passing Mrcpsych, when IMG's apply for job in uk, does their clinical gap affect negatively? Or is it impossible to get a ST4 level job after Mrcpsych with clinical gap of 2-3 years? It would be really helpful if u reply...

If you pass MRCPsych and get GMC registration, finding a job is not that difficult. You can get ST training but for that, you need Certificate C to apply for ST training.
