man you're a genius. I was waiting so long for that. animation nodes are so much more complicated and this just do quickly what i need on a daily basis! Youre a star man. thanks!
This is a really really cool add-on. I did something similar by following an Animation Node tutorial. It was a disaster and I have already forgotten the node set-up. Thanks for this amazing tool.
Finaly someone did overview of this great addon it's gold one of the most usefull from free addons it realy save time with any cascade/time offset animation. Thank you!
3:20 It seems like they aren't offset by number of frames, but either number of seconds or progress through the animation, since it took _significantly_ longer than 1 frame for each new cell to begin moving.
It's something specifically from the graph editor which has 2 axis. When you're scaling things you can change it to scale from the 2d cursor. In the timeline it's just the playhead like you said
Does this work on character animations as well? Like if I had multiple armatures? I have a crowd and I need to offset the animation of each one so they don’t move in unison.
can this be move only by vertices i mean on a flat surface like a skin i want a skin to have that radial wave then transtion to a new one skin, because the sample video object is separated in many chunks
Thanks for this tutorial! So cool! :) Could you share how you made the objects do a 360 like in the animation at 15:58 ? I'm trying to have my object do a 360, but whenever I input that value into the rotation field it doesn't move (it looks like nothing is being applied). I'm trying to have the objects move using the proximity effector method. If you can share that tip, it would be amazing! Thank you for your time!
These are only moving 180 degrees, but all you have to do is put a keyframe at 0 degrees and another at whatever rotation you want. The only thing I can think of that would give you errors is if you're using quaternion rotation instead of euler.
Thanks, It's a great addon and a great tutorial How can i do the animation bounce effect like in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ypu9HYNUDSY.html in second 57 and this one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DUNMTI0z7Mg.html without using many keyframes Is there any blender addon?
I show how at 2:10 You would just write what you want, and then convert it to a mesh, and make each letter a separate object so you can offset the frames like I do in the video.
