I think Seonghwa realizes that people see how much Wooyoung teases the members and doesn’t want them to misunderstand Wooyoung.

damn, you're right tho Max, if I had somebody so boisterously and loudly showcasing their love to me like Wooyoung, giving me all of their attention, I'd be absolutely dumbstruck and charmed 100% I'm sure you've seen this comment before, but Seonghwa once famously said 'it's hard not too love Wooyoung, and he knows it, that's the problem'

“I think Wooyoung is the most charming K-pop idol that I’ve seen.” I love how much you always appreciate who Wooyoung is and see that his teasing is one of the ways in which he displays his love. Unfortunately, some fans don’t see that and think he’s being mean. But as someone else mentioned, they did a sort of “counseling” session a few months ago and in it Wooyoung basically stated that yes, he tests how far he can push members, but when he realizes that he may have crossed a line, he makes sure he doesn’t repeat it. And Seonghwa agreed. So, he definitely is very perceptive. I love their bond.

I would love to see a Seonghwa-focused video because he's such a puzzle - he has a reputation as being the "comfort" member in the group or the "mom" of the group but he also has an extremely goofy, quirky side when he feels comfortable. There's also his relationship with Hongjoong I would love to see you break down! It's one of those quiet but powerful friendships where they seem to have SO much respect for one another.

Wooyoung is really unfiltered human. So he catches everyone's eye. I'm so in love with him

I love their dynamic of calm mother and gremlin child, yet you can see they both have each others back always; i remember when hwa was getting a lot of hate, wooyoung posted saying not to be mean to his hyung or he will bite you, and hwa is the comforting presences in the group for all of them. they truly love each other.

In that clip Wooyoung wasn't the only one crying; they both were--it was their first ever music show win. Many groups from smaller companies will never have that experience, so they weren't expecting it all. It's a pretty short video, but there's a lot to analyse since they were caught off guard. I think you'd really like it: Wave ATEEZ Fancam No 1 Encore. You're correct about Wooyoung's love language and that the others like his teasing because they know he's showing his love, but there's another thing at play. Wooyoung said once that if he teases someone and they get upset, he apologizes and doesn't do that again which means he's consciously learning each members line and he never intentionally crosses it.

Just watched an old vlive with Ateez maknae line where Wooyoung was pestering Jongho who then asked him why he was like that, wooyoung didn't think twice before answering "because i like you". This is truly his love language 😭 I think you would really like the recent content and interviews they've done for their latest promotion. I'm thinking of their The K-Star Next Door interview (this one could be very interesting to analyse cause the chemistry with the host was on point), their idol human theater episode or them reacting to fanart on Hello82 ! that being said, i always love your ateez video !

wooyoung is the flirtiest person alive, in the best ways. He's so endearing and charming and knows when his limits are. I admire him a lot.

More ATEEZ please! Their way of communicating with each other from 1 on 1, in trios, in a group etc. are so fascinating and so different. One of the more diverse groups I’d seen, ever, in terms of communicating and connecting and I love analyzing it too (on a more amateurish level compared to yourself ofcourse).

I love your ateez videos so much and how much you love Wooyoung. He’s such a good guy, and so very lovable. Seonghwa is a great guy too, and he’s great at telling his members how much they mean to him ☹️

At first, I found Wooyoung to be a bit “too much” and “immature”, but as I watched him more, I realised he’s just very unabashed and relentless with his affection for the people he loves and respects. I’ve now fallen in love with him.

This is exactly what I thought about the video... It's "fun" to write these kinds of titles, cause Wooyoung is known as dramatic, or chaos maker, or loud...so people find it funny. BUT, I think that all this video shows is how much loving Wooyoung is, how much Seonghwa loves him, and how much they love and appreciate each other. I love those videos. Also, Seonghwa said once that Wooyoung knows how charming he is and could get away with anything, and that this is the problem... LOL I love them so much, they always make me genuinely happy and smile.

i think u need to see more seonghwa, hongjoong and jongho because seonghwa is one of the funniest members in ateez he is not that serious as he seemed hongjoong also sometimes he has the most maknae energy ever also he is more playful than wooyoung but wooyoung like to tease them more jongho is so funny as well like in my opinion these three along with mingi are the funniest members wooyoung if i can put a describe to him he is the mood maker of the group

I enjoyed this analysis. I just went through all your Ateez videos and subscribed. I’d be interested in seeing an analysis of Seonghwa and Hongjoong’s love/hate dynamic. Their interactions are very interesting because Seonghwa acts like Hongjoong is the best thing since sliced bread and often Hongjoong is just downright mean (but not in a malicious way). YET, if Seonghwa doesn’t pay attention to him, he’ll seek him out and/or seem jealous. I’ve never quite figured them out. They call each other the other’s only friend, but then they are awkward with each other. Their relationship is a head scratcher to me.

Curious as to whether you’re aware that wooyoung and changbin are actually quite good friends (also yeonjun from txt) haha maybe you could react to them interacting!
