Be interested to know how they drive new members: 15 people out of 30 at a pubic meeting is great: and well worth a community dividend, but how 'right sized' is it for a community of its size, and how adaptive does its aim to be in policy to deal with older and younger new members, aging and changing social memory? Thats down to the local organisation, but would love to know a effort is made to quantify what they want/need to know/do for a community benefit in ten/thirty/one hundred years time.
