OOTP has stagnated badly this year, producing arguably their worst product in years. This further heightens the importance of the question of the direction of OOTP going forwards, and what should be done to improve the product. This video includes feedback from my discord server and my own insights.

I want more dynamic owner/financial relationship. Like, can’t we simulate Steve Cohen taking a loss to get the Mets off the mat, or the Padres breaking their budget to get that one extra player, or the Marlins being ordered to fire sale?

That question on NPB and PT mixed. Don't like that. Very angry they messed up copyrights on NPB, but don't give a toss about PT.

The scrambling of the NPB into South African Leagues is ridiculous. Why not just release the players as free agents and delete the leagues? Then, you could create an alternate name like "The Land of the Rising Sun League", for example. SMH

considering the output from OOTP and the honestly general mismanagement from OOTP and Com2us, OOTP run online leagues would be a complete disaster in like every single way you can think of. can't see it being any different then perfect team.

@@sgtmushroom It definitely would have gotten traction in there, I'd say it could even be worth doing it after the fact, unless the data was time sensitive for reasons outside of making this video!

It is what it is. I'm grateful to the 28 people who responded, but obviously about 1/5 of what I would've considered a decent sample (and what I hoped to get). To be honest, I strongly considered scrapping the inclusion of the survey altogether, but once again, I didn't want to have just wasted the time of the people who actually did fill it out
