Community Land Trusts explained by John Davis (Part 1) 

Founding member of the Champlain Community Land Trust in the US, John Davis, explains how the CLT got started and why and how they have grown over the years. He recorded this lecture for the Cape York Institute, Housing and Home Ownership workshop held in Brisbane in July 2018. John Davis has been giving support and advice to CYI for a number of years as we learn more about CLTs and how they might be a useful model for the people of Cape York.
