Community Supports Renaming Park in Honor Of Fahim J. Minkah 

Fred Bell is how I first knew him. His activism, humanita n, and civil rights work and leadership skills that were highlighted in neighborhood and community involvement was so awesome. Renaming the park in his name; Fahim J. Minkah, will grace and show Dallas respect and honor to our Hero and his family, friends and comrades.
