People wanting the 300 Blackout either have never shot one or seen one IRL but they are crap. The energy and velocity is horrible. It’s a plinking toy at best outside of military use. Not a hunting round at all.

The game needs a 500 Smith and Wesson and a 50bmg

A ranger .243 alternative 2-6 or .243 AR (or change 6.5 creedmore to class 2-6 and AR model) .375 and .416 Bonus present a scope for nepal rifle and change class to 4-9

Congratulations, Ron! Often things like this happen when you decide to do one thing or have a specific plan and you accidentally come across a diamond yak, it's awesome. Wow, I really like the landscape where you hunted the yak, especially the frozen bush, that is stunning to look at but also when the snow starts to be falling with the flake balls, this is spectacular.

300blk is designed around use with suppressors, with the original rifles being integrally suppressed. With the use of subsonic ammo, it takes the noise level down so much that the impact is louder than the weapon firing. It would only make sense if it was suppressed

I dont know much about these calibers but what i do know is that we need more weapons in the 2-6 range. Classes 4-9 is already full of options

.300 Blackout was designed to work in short barrels with a suppressor, so unless they intend to cater to that it really doesn't offer any benefit. .450 Bushmaster was designed to offer a cartridge utilizing a heavy bullet to be shot from an AR style rifle in short to low end medium ranges. Some companies now offer it in other actions such as bolt or break action. Of note It is one of the most powerful cartridges a standard AR can chamber, and is said to do well on larger bodied animals under 200 yards. .375 H&H is an older designed, full length magnum cartridge that many other popular magnum cartridges utilize as a parent case. It is many times used in break action firearms (many times double rifles), but large form factor "magnum" bolt actions are available. It is very popular as a large game cartridge, works well on big bears, and is considered the starting point for African Safari cartridges to most.

While I am not a big fan of the .375 H&H it was my first choice in the poll. Incredible for it's time but has now been outclassed by many modern big bore cartridges. All the other centrefire choices seemed pretty redundant to me and are already covered by the .308 which is superior in pretty much every way. Why do we need another ballistic double up in the game. The 17 Rimfire was the only other partially interesting choice - similar to the .22 rimfire but maybe tweak the accuracy and range over the .22 I think .416 Ruger, .375 Remington Ultra Mag, .458 Winchester Magnum The Remington being a genuine long range class 9 cartridge which is currently occupied (ambitiously I might add) by the .300 .45 or .50 Calibre Air Rifle could be interesting and/or Benjamin Airbow but can utilize the hyperion scope maybe. Sharpes or double rifle in the 50/110 25/06 to cover the same classes as the .44 lever action (or even just 3-7 classes would be more sensible) but out to 300m - need something truly poison on goats. Those things die slow even with a good hit. They also need to tweak the 45/70 in the game because there is now way the 45/70 is outclassed for penetration by the .44

The .17 rim fire is a gun used for smaller game such as foxes n rabbits

.17hmr is a rimfire bottleneck cartridge, small grain weight used on pests and small game .350 legend and 450 bushmaster were designed for states with straightwall rifle cartridge laws, these rounds perform best withing 150 yards as its a heavy bullet moving pretty slow and falls off beyond that range .300blk is designed for short barrel supressed rifles as the round was intended to be subsonic using heavier weight bullets in a compact platform for cqb. Typically used in short AR rifles or bolt actions 375 H&H is a long bottleneck rifle cartridge used in big game hunting, generally with bullets weighing 270-300 grains. Also typically in a bolt action rifle

.375 H&H is my pick it is a fun dangerous game rifle and is on the bottom of the big bore dangerous game rifles. Very versatile. I’ve hunted with guys using the 300 Blackout and it is garbage on game. It is a cool toy and great for people in CQB but crap for big game. 450 Bushmaster would be a fun class 9 in the AR15

I would love to see some more air rifles added...some high power break barrels for birds & rabbits etc (.177 - 30cal) and some high powered PCP's for goats, pigs and medium game. (25 - 50cal) ...some nice silent hunting 🥰

The 17 hmr is a really good gun I have 2 of them and there like 22lr on steroids. incredible range and hits just the same as a 22 hornet

a flintlock fowler would be awesome, shot for birds and small game and round ball for medium sized game

The legendary 375 h&h is loosing to a fatter 223 and a dwarf 45-70. The gun that can take down elephants is loosing to a range gun!

A 17 hmr would have been nice but only be class 2 maybe small class 3 like foxes or coyote I have a ruger precision rimfire rifle in 17 what I use for rabbits and foxes A great accurate little caliber just a bit limited to small game

I have never been a fan of assault rifles in general ...if I could still hunt I would go for a bolt action rifle in a 6.5 calibur maybe a 25 06 ...I think those voting for blackout 30 are just voting for the cool sounding name but are not even considering the specs ..they just want something that sounds cool

Comparable to the 30-30, short range and all, was surprised to see 300 blackout winning when most wanted a bigger gun than the 300 mag. For cape,bison ect. It probably be class 2-6 as should be, and im not trying to backlash against anyone who voted for it, its your vote. Just saying for me ill stick to the 243.

The Blackout is not really a hunting round and nothing like a .300WM, simple numbers 1300 ft-lbs of energy compared to 4000 for the 300 W mag. Most others on the list are straight wall brick launchers, we already have the 30-30 the Moradi and the 45-70 to cover these, and the 22LR and the Hornet cover the 17HMR. What we dont have is a big game bolt, the 300 is not a legit buffalo gun so if we want something besides the 470 the only choice on the list in my very opinionated opinion is the H&H 😁

I would rather they fix the scope. The gun fights us every time we want to shoot. I play on xbox x and it takes all the fun away from playing. Long live woth.
